Azonto Style Dance Health is a way to promote a healthy lifestyle for all age groups that love to stay active through dance. My choreography will incorporate African dance, hip-hop, pop, modern dance moves as well as, squats, toning, and resistance exercise moves. Each Azonto Style Dance Health exercise will include music with fast, slow, and energetic rhythmic music. According to the Scholarly Publishing and Academic Resources Coalition, weekly dance classes can help improve physical performance and increase energy levels among adults.
